One of the greatest intellect Albert Einstein once was quoted saying” Imagination is more important than knowledge. As code-club innovator and trainer I live as a witness to the truism of this statement that Imagination is more important than knowledge .





​The nobility of it stems from the fact that everything in the world is was once an imagination or simply put an expression of the mind .We can better state that even education is an expression of mind .We can agree together without doubt that CodeClub initiative is an expression of mind .Hence its a fact to conclude that everything was on an imagination of the mind . The biggest question on the current education system arises,why is is it not empowering both learners and trainers to express from the mind ?or even more-so to empower imagination?To answer the question we need to disintegrate the fact that education as tool was added to system . Let further examine what the tool means.EDUCATION as itself is derived from latin language in the verb EDUCO which means to educate ,draw out from or develop from within.We can precisely say that this is Imagination even better dreaming . CodeClub Club is a great Macro-revolution tool of education that would help both learners and trainers get the opportunity to draw from within or more precisely dream big .It present a great opportunity in the education system as a tool that only could be compared to Montessori learning tool.Maria Montessori started first school in Rome in 1907this tool in the education system helped education system get back to glimpse of its true nature of education. Code-club in comparison to this tool is more dynamic innovative and creative learning tool It represent more deeper learning and solution to the education system than Maria Montessori solution.The fact that it stems in empowerment of community learning and facilitate learning with unlimited resources such software,hardwares learning materials to learning that can express from within.It even further accommodates marginalizes or unreached communities such my Maasai community. I was inspired by this education systemic challenges to start a codeclub in my local community school to serve more than 1000 girls learners and community innovation hub that would serve the rest of the community dream big and draw from within.Due to the fact that there was so many obstacles and challenges that I had to overcome to make this possible .One the greatest nuance I learned that there is a way to fuse imagination into codeclub to facilitate amazing learning to trainer,volunteers and students.During that time I did research and I ended up going on to create curiosity for more after I realized that students seemed to-understand complex concepts better when they engaged all their senses in the flow ..It best worked as an experiential learning which is what I always aim transformational learning engaging the mind the body emotions and really applying these ideas in a way that produces results. I also actually realized that if you want to become better trainer at club activities you need to learn how to learn not just the coding as a subject but going a higher level to that becoming an effective learner, this would suggest learning how to teach and seeing the student and teacher as one. .When we as teachers or educators teach a student what we want to do is assume the responsibility. We want to see it from the perspective of constantly learning improvement journey we are refining we're getting better at it and this is a constant journey so we take the full responsibility as a student see yourself not only as the student but someone that actually assists in helping the teacher understand you better those are the kinds of things that I learned in my program . In conclusion to encourage this , I believe that we all have as trainers, learners and volunteers inherent abilities which is a great gift to CodeClub as community. Infusion of flow in code-club activities would help learning independently and drawing from within .Have clubs full of self-motivated learners and developing a further love for learning .I believe this is a natural way of being we naturally love to learn and if you could learn in a flow way we can achieve the impossible.
